Lavender flowers are full of essential oils and great for use in teas, spices, soap making, and many other uses. Lavender is well known for its relaxing qualities. This product is the lavender flower removed from the stem. Please see our listing for Lavender Stalks for the entire stem and flower. This is a unique product of nature which means color, shape, and size may vary slightly from the pictures.

Our herbs and flowers are carefully hand harvested in their prime, when they taste their best, have the most nutritional value, and their essential oils are the most abundant. We gently air dry at low temperatures, preserving the flavor, color, and aroma of the plant while using minimal energy. We sift the herbs by hand to keep the plants as whole as possible to reduce oxidation, which is a process of degradation. Therefore, this product may contain some stems and may require some sorting. Dried herbs and flowers can maintain quality for up to three years.
