Chive Blossoms are so fun to work with in the kitchen. Try them sprinkled over your favorite cheese or charcuterie board, mashed potatoes, or mixed into a fancy salt. They have a very strong onion like flavor that is excellent for a variety of uses. This is a unique product of nature which means color, shape, and size may vary slightly from the pictures.

Our herbs and flowers are carefully hand harvested in their prime, when they taste their best, have the most nutritional value, and their essential oils are the most abundant. We gently air dry at low temperatures, preserving the flavor, color, and aroma of the plant while using minimal energy. We cut and sift the herbs by hand to keep the plants as whole as possible to reduce oxidation, which is a process of degradation. Therefore, this product may contain some stems and may require some sorting. Dried herbs and flowers can maintain quality for up to three years.
