Purple Sage Farms lambs are completely grass-fed and slaughtered at a USDA inspected facility. We harvest lambs at 8 to 12 months, when they reach approximately 100 lbs. The final weight range of a whole lamb is between 30 and 40 lbs, which fits in a 16 x 12 x 12 inch box.
