Purple Sage Farms lambs are completely grass-fed and slaughtered at a USDA inspected facility. We harvest lambs at 8 to 12 months of age (around 100 lbs).

The price is $12/pound and final weight varies, depending on lamb size and cut preference. The final weight range is between 30 and 40 lbs, which fits in a 16 x 12 x 12 inch box. Lambs are ready for customers 1 to 3 weeks after an order is placed, depending on the time of year and availability.

Click the “Add to Cart” button to select custom cuts of lamb. After you submit this order request, we will contact you to confirm details before the order is completed. We require a $50 deposit (which will be applied towards the final invoice total) to confirm your order and begin processing. We will email a final invoice for you to pay before the order is ready for pick up or delivery. Payment can be made online.
